Starting a Quality Management Department

Hello to everyone with a passion to always improve and learn in life and business.

My name’s Gregory and I’m a passionate freelancer in the construction business. 3 years ago I signed a contract with a very ambitious and dynamic company who have an exponential growth by building concrete storage tanks in the green gas industry.

Their growth was so exponential and the growth pains are now visible. I want to set up a quality management department for them and want to avoid loss of margin, reduce waste and protect the image of the company.

I do have experience in QA and QC in a factory production plant. Now we have job sites all around Europe. And that makes it more challenging. I’m looking for a mentor with a lot of experience.
