It look nice, but I have one concern here, I have been working in quality and food safety both in food manufacturing and service setups what I have seen most of the times management is only interested to its interest.
For example, some one wants ISO or HACCP certification and once they get it, commitment finishes here.
Now would you please like to share about it that it is a fault of Management Representative who is unable to carry on the situation by motivating or convincing management or it is management which is least interested.
