Hello,
Just trying to get a pulse of how the industry handles lab investigations when using Veeva Vault for QMS. There is a deviations module, but there is also a lab investigations module as well. I've worked for various companies in the past that use Veeva Vault for QMS, and it appears that some decide to choose the deviations module, while others use the lab investigations module to handle investigations.
What would the advantages be using one or the other?
Any associated risks at a high level?
Thanks for anyone who would like to contribute to this post in a positive constructive manner.
