Certificate of Complaince

Dear collaques,

I want to ask a question for certificate of complaince. I know for certificate of analysis, some lab test need to be performed. But how about coc? Is there also some obligated test to do for coc?

A CoC states that the provided product complies with the requirements. Normally data is not provided with the CoC unless the customer requested it.

On the CoC, you would include...
1) Business name or Business Header
2) Product name
3) Quantity of Product
4) CoC statement
5) Requirement document (specification, contract, PO, or anything else the customer requires)
6) Signature, Name, and Title of the business authority (usually the QA Manager)
7) Date
